PPA #40- Monochromatic Bule

I love monchromatic cards! this week at Paper Pal Arts, the challenge is to make a monochromatic card using blue. I chose Taken With Teal!

Paper and ink: Taken with Teal, Whisper White. Island Oasis DSP
Other: Large Star Punch, Small Star Punch, Whisper White Grossgrain Ribbon, Medium Oval Punch, Word Window Punch, Twine
