You've probably just arrived here from Cindy's Blog!
She creates such beautiful things!
This beautiful Swallowtail stamp has done some amazing things for me!
When I first opened it, I was intimidated because it’s so big! But, I was so
wrong! It stamps beautifully and easily. This page was the very first idea I
had when I looked at the stamp when I received it. My oldest daughter is really
starting to blossom as a preteen, and I wanted to capture her amazing
“metamorphosis.”
I printed her picture twice and cut just her out of one of them. I then stamped the butterfly three times and cut them out. I layered them over the picture that wasn't cut and then put her cutout on top using Stampin’ Dimensionals. It creates the illusion that the wings are coming out of her back, without losing the rest of the picture.
The wings are White Vellum which I stamped and embossed the wings with bright embossing powder.
I love to sew on my pages. It adds such a fun texture!
Clouds are easily created witht the cupcke punch and stamp!
