Hello everybody! Last weekend, I held my annual Holiday Retreat and it was SO much fun! I'd like to share with you some of the photos I took that day!
My theme was this black and white buffalo check. I based everything around that pattern in the Merry Little Christmas DSP Pack. I found this tutorial on Pinterest and had to make this board for the entrance.
I went in the night before to get set up. This is my favorite part! You can see how each spot looked. In the bag were their six make and takes, a full pack of DSP, a bolt of ribbon, a bolt of twine and a bolt of Gold Thread.
I made each one a special name plate.
Here is the room from one end.
And here is from the other end. I had 24 attendees at my live event.
I had a special stamping table for all the projects.
And a die cut station for all the projects.
I also brought all my holiday stamps, some punches and other tools for my customers to use if they wanted.
More available tools.
I had a large display area with lots of Christmas projects.
A favorite is always the Raffle Prizes! I raffled off ten amazing prizes!
And, I also brought all my extra class kits and Paper Pumpkins in case anyone needed some more "things to work on."
Once everyone arrived, the room was like a buzzing bee hive!
Everyone was busy working all day long.
We had an Italian lunch buffet- yum!
I also handed out some treats through out the day. This one included a pack of Dimensionals!
And this one held my delicious "Crack Corn."
The last gift I gave were customer cookies I had made. Unfortunately, I ran out of time to make them super cute. But, I think the cookies were cute enough just as they were!
I had them made with each person's initial!
If you'd like the full details, including all six make and takes, four gifts and links to all of the buffalo check items I used, you can find them all in my Holiday Retreat PDF. Click here to find it in my PDF store.
I had a great time! You really throw a great shindig...felt pampered with all your goodies.
ReplyDeleteWish I had been able to attend!!! If your past retreats are any indication (and the pics from this one say 'yes'), I'm sure this one was wonderful as well!
